COURSE DESCRIPTION
FMI’s 2023 talent study provides insights into what
companies are doing to attract, develop, and retain their workforces. The study
also looks at how the pandemic has impacted organizational cultures as well as
existing work models. Questions also explore topics such as succession
management and how companies are preparing their next generation of leaders.
